Amazing Athletes is committed to setting new owners up for a successful partnership with our youth sports franchise. While you’ll bring your drive, passion, and prior experience to the table, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training to get you up to speed on every aspect of our business. Your initial training will take place at our headquarters in New York and generally lasts about six days, though this may vary depending on which programs your business offers.
During this in-person training, we’ll provide:
- Franchise operations and management guidelines
- Hands-on curriculum training
- Best practices for recruiting, hiring, and managing staff
- Sales and marketing tools & techniques
- Training on our software and systems
The franchise fee you’ll pay as part of your initial investment covers the cost of the training itself! It can take independent entrepreneurs years to develop an effective new business model, but Amazing Athletes has already done all the leg work for you!
